The short version: we use what you send us to answer you and tell you about KeyRing. We don't sell it, and the demo doesn't send anything you type to us.

What we collect

When you fill out the request form on keyringcrm.com, we receive what you enter:

How we use it

We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who handles it

Our website is hosted by Netlify, which receives form submissions and delivers them to us. Like most hosts, Netlify keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and secure the site. The site's fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to download them.

The demo

The demo runs entirely in your browser. The sample clients are built into the page, and anything you add, change or upload stays on your device. It isn't sent to us and disappears when you close the page. The demo remembers one small setting in your browser: which task view you picked. The password is asked again every time you open the demo. If you tap Map on a sample client, the address opens in Google Maps.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your request only as long as we need it to stay in touch about KeyRing. To see, correct or delete what you've sent us, send a request through the form on our home page and tell us what you'd like done. We'll take care of it promptly.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll let you know.
